I am a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) and for nearly a decade I worked for an Engineering News-Record Top 50 Contractor. I developed a comprehensive understanding of construction contracting, accounting and financial reporting, together with extensive experience coordinating with cross functional departments. With a focus on the bottom line, I was responsible for quarterly reporting on overall business unit profit and loss. In addition, I was also responsible for monthly reporting on overhead and related operations with hundreds of employees throughout offices in Pennsylvania, Illinois, Iowa and Detroit as well as project site locations throughout the country undertaking major capital expenditure projects as well as self-performed concrete and equipment installations.

My dedication and goals oriented approach to my responsibilities has resulted in steady career progression from the world's top automotive contractor to my current role of Construction Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager with a local authority providing water and wastewater services. In my current role I provide financial oversight of a multi-billion dollar Capital Improvement Program and am responsible for delivering updated Construction-Work-In-Progress reports for presentation to board and member partner communities. I have streamlined processes and lead the implementation of numerous process improvements including 10+ year look ahead monthly spend projections for capital improvement projects to allow for optimization of borrowing/investing needs.

Understanding financial plans, budgets and projections is my expertise and I will drive waste reduction initiatives and achieve results.
